OKEMIA primarily offers cosmetic and skincare products.

However, minor differences in color, texture, or appearance may occur, particularly due to screen display or characteristics specific to certain production batches.
Prices displayed in our store are in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise indicated.
Applicable taxes and shipping fees are added, when required, before final order confirmation.
OKEMIA reserves the right to change its prices and promotions for future orders.
Any price change does not affect an order that has already been confirmed, subject to the rights and obligations provided by law.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered in our Shopify store.

OKEMIA therefore does not guarantee identical cosmetic results for every user.
We recommend following the instructions and precautions indicated on our products and, where appropriate, performing a test on a small area before more extensive use.
An individual incompatibility with a product does not necessarily mean that the product is defective.
However, if you experience a problem with a product, we invite you to contact our customer service so that we can review the situation.
In the event of irritation or an unusual reaction, discontinue use of the product and seek advice from a healthcare professional when necessary.
